Patrick Perdue
Managing Director

Prior to co-founding Northern Value Partners, Patrick worked in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey in New York where he acted as financial advisor to both creditors and debtors in restructuring transactions. While at Houlihan Lokey he participated in restructuring over $2 billion of debt in various in and out of court situations. Previously, he began his investment banking career at JPMorgan, and its predecessor company, Bear Stearns, in the Leverage Finance and Financial Sponsor Groups. At JPMorgan he originated, structured and executed high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions related to leveraged buyouts, corporate M&A transactions, debt refinancings and dividend recapitalizations, raising over $1.8 billion. Patrick graduated from the United States Naval Academy, and attended the Naval Nuclear Power School and subsequently served as an officer on five strategic nuclear patrols aboard the USS Maine, a nuclear ballistic missile submarine based in Kings Bay, Georgia. Patrick earned his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance and Accounting.

Thomas J. Vieweg, Jr.

Partner

Prior to co-founding Northern Value Partners, Thomas was a Managing Partner for Professional Capital Partnership (PCP) an investment fund with $30 million of assets under management. Prior to PCP, Thomas founded Waypoint Capital Partners, which served as a financial advisor and market consultant to numerous private and public companies raising over $20 million for its clients through improved public market awareness, utilizing television, radio and e-mail marketing campaigns. Prior to Waypoint, Thomas worked at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor and began his financial career in the Lanyi Research division of CIBC Oppenheimer, where he assisted in the management of over 1000 clients with assets over $250 million. Thomas is deeply involved in the community of Oyster Bay, serving as President of the Oyster Bay Chamber of Commerce. Thomas received his BS in Corporate Finance from The Catholic University of America.

Ryan Fant
Associate

Prior to joining Northern Value Partners, Ryan worked in a business development capacity at a managed service provider of waste solutions that he co-founded.  He worked to enhance the company's service offerings and grow the business through utilizing technology to leverage economies of scale and provide right-sized services levels.  Previously, Ryan spent almost four years in management consulting at Staff Management, a Seaton Corp company.  This experience exposed him to a variety of firms across industries including consumer goods, automotive, aerospace, and online retail.  He was responsible for everything from business development and solution design to financial modeling and implementation management and was successful in securing over $58 million in new business.  Ryan earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  Ryan is in the process of completing his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
